What is the empty desk costing?
A vacancy isn't free just because nobody's invoicing you for it.
Package x 1.25 on-costs, spread over 46 working weeks. Excludes program slippage and the overtime everyone else is doing to cover it — that's the expensive part.
How do your fees work?
You pay on results, not activity. A permanent placement is a one-off fee on the role's package, invoiced when your hire starts — no registration costs, no retainer unless you want an exclusive search. Exact percentages are agreed in writing before we begin.
What does the guarantee cover?
Every placement carries a written replacement guarantee: if the hire leaves inside the guarantee period, we rerun the search at no charge. Period and conditions are in our terms — agreed before we start, not negotiated after something goes wrong.
Retained vs contingent — which do we need?
Most of our work is contingent — you pay only if you hire our candidate. Exclusive or retained suits roles that are confidential, senior, or hard enough to deserve a dedicated search rather than a race. Not sure? Tell us the role and we'll tell you straight which it needs.

How fast can we see a shortlist?
Sometimes same-day, honestly. We meet and reference candidates before anyone has a vacancy for them, so if we already know your person you hear a name immediately. If we don't, you'll know that within one business day — with a realistic timeline, not a hopeful one.
